PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

JESSICA BAKER CROYLE, M.Ed., CALT, LDT

I am grateful for over twenty years of experience in early childhood education, teaching in Houston public and private schools. 

 I established Empowered Reading LLC in June 2019 to provide 

expert literacy intervention and instruction to children with 

language learning differences.

Specifically, I provide explicit, direct, sequential, multisensory Structured Literacy (TM) instruction to children of all ages and with different strengths and struggles.

I graduated from St. John's School, 

Princeton University (B.A, in Politics and Latin American Studies), and 

The University of Houston (M.Ed. Curriculum and Instruction, Certificate in Early Childhood Education).  

In February 2020, I graduated from Neuhaus Education Center's Dyslexia Therapist Preparation Program.  I 

became a licensed Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) and Licensed Dyslexia Therapist (LDT) in July 2020.
